Dear readers.
My name in Boudewien and I am from Amsterdam, Holland. Words do short to describe Milagros. As her name says: she is a miracle!! Her social character, her urge to contribute to her society, to make herself useful as much as she can to help others, is an incredible strong force that she demonstrates in all she does.

She is a very reliable, professional, disciplined and socially involved person. Moreover, she speaks, reads and writes English perfectly. Besides all these great characteristics, she has one more talent: with great sense of humour she walks through life. Always in for a laugh or a good night dancing!

Milagros grew one of my best friends, and she brought (and still brings) me a lot. She showed me persistence and endurance and taught me that all things happen for a reason. She never lets her spirit down and always looks on the bright side of life.

Oh my god…..so many good things about her that you might not believe me…..well, it is all true, go and experience for yourself….you will be in the best hands possible!!!

I can recommend her to anyone without doubt. Anyone who is interested to know more about her, do not hesitate to contact me.

During my training in Peru, I was fortunate to have Milagros as an instructor. During her classes I learned a great deal, in fact more so than in any of my other classes beacuase of the friendly atmosphere and the openness of discussion. Her style of teaching is very rewarding because she places the information in a way the students can relate and understand without confusion. I feel her technique is very appropriate for students learning a new language.

When I was in Peru I had a great time and really enjoyed my clases. The teachers were great and tried to involve us in the Peruvian life. They really made us learn the language by not speaking English, French or German at all. The teachers did not use the textbooks as they were awful and all the students agreed with that. So there was a lot of preparation done by the teachers to make sure the students got the best out of their four weeks course. A lot of students still are in touch with the teachers which says a lot about the quality.

My name is Joel Sigurdson and I am a Canadian citizen currently living and teaching English in Peru. I met Milagros in May 2001 when I travelled to Cuzco in order to take a 2 week Spanish course. She was my teacher there. I found her to be an excellent teacher who always brought a lot of energy to the class and her lessons were always interesting, fun and well prepared. Even though I only spent short time under her instruction I really feel that I improved my Spanish a lot during my time as her student.

Tijdens mijn 4 weekse cursus Spaans heb ik verschillende leraren gehad, waaronder ook Milagros. Ik vond haar lessen altijd heel goed, omdat ze les gaf op een leuke manier, niet alleen grammatica bijvoorbeeld, maar ook veel conversatie waarin we spraken over allerdaagse dingen. Niet over dingen die ver van je bed staan, maar juist dingen waar je dagelijks mee geconfronteerd wordt. Wat ik heel belangrijk vond, was dat ik op een leuke manier heel veel geleerd heb in de lessen die Milagros gaf. Ze is heel duidelijk, en zal het nooit erg vinden om iets honderd keer te moeten herhalen voordat een persoon het snapt. Ze probeert op een leuke manier de studenten zoveel mogelijk Spaans te leren. Maakt niet uit of je nu een beginner bent of een ver gevorderde.

Estuve viviendo en Peru hace dos años para estudiar español por 4 meses. Mi experiencia fue muy bien. Cuando llegué no pude hablar nada y después algúno tiempo pude hablar mejor y hice muchos amigos , algunos de mis mejores ahora. Y lo más importante cosa es que ahora tengo un pasión más fuerte a aprender más español. Me gustaria hablar perfectamente algun dia. Ojala muy pronto. Pienso mi pasion es en parte por la gente y la cultura y los profesores. Todos son buenos y amables, y tienen mucho paciencia para los estudiantes. Creo que esta nececario a decir gracias a todas por su tiempo y energia a enseñarme. Gracias a todos y gracias Milagros!

Tuve la oportunidad de estudiar com ella en Perú durante 3 semanas. En mi opinión, es muy buena profesora, dedicada, siempre preocupada com sus alumnos y muy atenta com nuestras dificultades, siendo sumamente responsable. Me encantó la facilidade com que nos explicaba la gramática.

Las clases de español realmente me ayudaron a mejorar mi habilidad de hablar el idioma. La profesora nos dio un diagnóstico para evaluar nuestras debilidades, y creo que esto fue una de las razones para el éxito de las clases. Después, trabajábamos intensamente con las debilidades que teníamos hasta que ya no fueron tan problemáticas. Otro aspecto valioso fue el aprendizaje de las jergas y las expresiones comunes. Además, fue un placer trabajar con una profesora que nos entendíamos y podía ser también una amiga.

Milagros is an energetic, enthusiastic person who shows good will toward her students and the world. She is an excellent teacher who understands her student's needs and works hard to supply them with education they need to move forward. My personal experience with Milagros helped my Spanish to progress to a level that I had never been able to reach before. Her manner is kind, but firm, and she always provided lively, interesting lessons.

I would recommend Milagros, both for her intelligence and good being as a person and for her abilities to teach language. She is lively and easy to get along with and would be an asset to any organization.

Ich habe über mehrere Wochen, bzw. sogar Monate hinweg Unterricht mit Milagros Chumpitaz genossen. Damals bin ich nach Cusco gereist, um die Sprache zu erlernen und eine neue Kultur zu entdecken. Ich werde diese Zeit nie vergessen!
Nun aber zu meiner Lehrerin. Milagros ist fachlich auf dem höchsten Niveau und ihr Unterrichtsstyl ist sehr angebracht. Ihr Unterricht ist abwechslungsreich und sehr spannend. Sie ist ein freundlicher und vorallem fröhlicher und sehr offener Mensch. Als Schüler habe ich mich bei Ihr immer wohl gefühlt und vorallem sehr viel gelernt.
Jeder, der eine neue Sprache lernen will, findet mit Milagros eine sehr kompetente und grossartige Lehrerin. Ich kann sie nur weiterempfehlen!.
